ABOUT US
Chef Guillaume Pailloux and his wife, Samantha Pailloux have been catering in and around Key West for over a decade. After leaving his longtime career as Executive Chef at the famed Blue Heaven restaurant Guillaume and Samantha opened Fly Away Cafe in the Boca Chica Marina and more recently Hideaway Grill in the Sigsbee Marina.
Cater Away offers catering for a variety of events ranging from drop off, corporate events, personal chef experiences and weddings. No event is too big or small!
